In the event of workshop booking cancellation:
Refunds are available up to 24 hours prior to the event.
Please reach out to us at support@mellowfarming.com so that we can identify the booking.
If approved, then we will initiate the processing of the refund and will notify you of this. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (or original method of payment) by the payment processor, within a certain amount of days.
Please note that payment processor fees are charged and that may be excluded from the refund.
Late or missing refunds
After approval, if you have requested a refund, but haven’t received a refund yet after a few days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
